I started my yoga journey at 13 years old when my mother was suffering from back pain and was cured by yoga. She introduced me to it. I subsequently have visited India four times to visit numerous ashrams or yoga communities. I’ve been a yoga teacher since 1983 and have successfully combined it with my Osteopathy and Chiropractic for the last 30 years.
The group classes are primarily for 55-65 year olds who want longevity, more energy and flexibility to be able to keep playing with their grandkids and keep doing what they love into their 70’s 80’s and beyond. However, other ages are welcome.
BKS Iyengar, the founder of the yoga style I use was still doing yoga several hours per day in his nineties. I’d like the same for you.
