I’ve asked every patient what caused their back pain and invariably it was lifting. 

Having good core strength is crucial to living an active back pain free lifestyle.

None of my patients could perform whole body functional movements and all had poor core strength.

This motivated me to do extensive training in functional exercise so I could teach my patients how to prevent their back pain and live more active lives. I undertook extensive training* and are now offering group classes. These group classes will tailor make the exercises for the participants based on screening tests and Chiro/Osteopathic physical examinations. This is not the standard one size fits all generic class. You’ll be shown graded functional exercises specific to each participant.
